We are hiring a Mechanical Engineer to lead Quantity Takeoff (QTO) and Cost Estimation for large-scale HVAC projects. You will be responsible for preparing precise Material Takeoffs (MTO), detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and cost analysis for equipment, ducting, and piping systems. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience is required; candidates with overseas experience in international bidding or project standards will be given a significant advantage
2) Electrical Engineer – Quantity Takeoff & Estimation (2+ Years Exp. | Overseas Exp. Preferred)
We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to specialize in Quantity Takeoff and Cost Estimation for MEP projects. You will be responsible for preparing accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates for electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, ELV, and switchgear. A minimum of 2 years of experience is required; candidates with overseas experience and familiarity with international electrical codes (such as NEC) will be given a distinct advantage.
3) Civil Engineer – Quantity Takeoff & Estimation (2+ Years Exp. | Overseas Exp. Preferred)
We are looking for a detail-oriented Civil Engineer to handle Quantity Takeoff and Cost Estimation for upcoming infrastructure and building projects in 2026. You will be responsible for preparing precise Bill of Quantities (BOQ), analyzing material requirements for earthworks, RCC, and finishes, and providing accurate budget estimates. Minimum 2 years of experience is required; candidates with overseas project experience and knowledge of international measurement standards will be given a significant advantage.
